なんとも珍しいジンが南米のパラグアイからやって来ました！南米といえばブラジルやアルゼンチンを思い浮かべる方が多いかと思いますが、パラグアイはちょうどそのブラジルとアルゼンチンの間に位置する人口約700万人の共和国です。
1887年にパラグアイに移住し、地元の自然を研究したスイスの博物学者、モイセス・サンティアゴ・ベルトーニから名前をとった「ベルトーニジン」は、先住民グアラニ族の使用したレモンバーベナやマテなどのボタニカルを含むフルーティーでワイルドなスピリッツ！ご興味のある方はなくならないうちにぜひ！

A rare gin from Paraguay has found its way to our bar! Bertoni gin takes its name from the Swiss naturalist and botanist Moisés Santiago Bertoni, who emigrated to Paraguay in 1887, where he spent is days studying wild Guarani botany.
The gin is from botanicals including mate and lemon verbana and packs a fruity and powerful punch. Great neat, or with tonic, so please stop by if your interest is piqued!
