今年も残すところ2週間となりましたね。最後まで楽しく盛り上がりたい、という気持ちも込めて今週からアペロールスプリッツキャンペーンを始めます！

アペロールスプリッツとはイタリアで大人気のリキュール、アペロールをスパークリングワインとソーダで割った、なんとも爽やかで色鮮やかなカクテル。こちらを注文する度にTシャツやトートバッグなどのオリジナルグッズが当たるスクラッチくじが引けますので、ご興味のある方はぜひお店で！

今週の #barmiyako は平日の19時から25時まで営業してます。みなさまとご一緒に残り少ない2022年を過ごせることを願っております。

今週は、個人的に大いにハマっているバーボンとアペロールをベースに作る「ペーパープレーン」というショートカクテルのご紹介です！本場のレシピではアマーロノニーノを使用するようですが、日本ではなかなか手に入らないため、ベネディクティンを代用していますが、甘みと酸味とバーボンのガッツリ感のバランスがたまらない一杯です。ご興味のある方はぜひ試しにいらしてください！

今週の #barmiyako は通常通り平日の19時〜25時まで、土曜の19時〜24時まで営業しております。皆様のお越しを心よりお待ち申し上げております！

One of my favorite cocktails at the moment is the bourbon-based Paper Plane. The original recipe calls for Amaro Nonino, but given the spirit’s lack of availability in Japan, I’ve replaced it with Benedictine. It still packs a refreshing punch and is quite lovely, so please stop by for a visit if your interest is piqued.

This week, I’m open as usual from 7pm to 1am on weekdays and 7pm to midnight on Saturday. Hope to see you all back at the bar soon!
