I’m focusing on Australian gins this week, as my thoughts and prayers go out to all those dealing with the devastating bushfires. I now have Botanic Australis gin, an herbaceous, woody gin infused with 14 native Australian botanicals, in addition to the popular Christmas Pudding and Bloody Shiraz gins from Four Pillars distillery. This week, bar miyako is closed on Monday for a national holiday and on Saturday but we’re open as usual from Tuesday to Friday from 7pm to 1am so I hope to see you all back at the bar soon.

This week, bar miyako will closed for a private party from 7pm to 9pm on Wednesday (regular operations start from 9:30pm) December 11, but will be open as usual from 7pm to 1am on all other weekdays and from 7pm to midnight on Saturday. Hope to see you all back at the bar again soon!
