bar miyako and hidden world chilli gin

東京都のまん延防止等重点措置の適用により、4月12日から5月11日までの期間、#barmiyako は営業時間を再び17時〜20時（お酒の提供は19時まで）に短縮いたします。ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いします。

度重なる時短で心が冷え込んでしまいそうですが、そんな時でも熱くなれる、とっておきのジンのご紹介です！世界一辛い唐辛子とギネス認定されたキャロライナ・リーパーを使用した、びっくりするほど辛旨なニュージーランドのヒドゥンワールド社のチリジン。辛いもの好きは病みつきになるほどの美味しさですが、残念ながら既に生産中止のため、これがラストボトル！ご提供できるのは19時までの短いけ時間ですが、なくなる前にホットな一杯はいかがですか。

新年度始まりましたね。この時期は気持ちを新たに頑張ろう！という思いが自然と湧いてきますが、ここであえて原点回帰！開店当初から人気があり、 #barmiyako を支えてくれたジン（マーティンミラーズ、ゴールド 999.9、コーヴァル・バレルド・ジン）を飲みながら、当時のワクワク感を胸に頑張って行きたいと思います。こんな時代ですが、（あるいはこんな時代だからこそ）明るく前向きに行きましょう！

今週も17時〜21時（お酒の提供は20時まで）の時短で営業しておりますので、お時間のある方はぜひ遊びにいらしてください。今週の土曜日（4月13日）は休業しますが、姉妹店の　bar miyako living は営業しておりますので、合わせてよろしくお願いします！

April marks the start of the new fiscal year in Japan and is a time for new beginnings. Thus, I’ve decided to revisit some old gin favorites of bar miyako patrons (Martin Miller’s, Gold 999.9 and Koval Barreled Gin), to remind myself of the sheer excitement I felt when starting something entirely new. Let’s all celebrate how far we’ve come and the exciting adventures that lie ahead!

bar miyako will be open from 5pm to 9pm (alcohol served until 8pm) this week. I’ll be closed on Saturday, but bar miyako living will be open, so please stop by if you have the time.
