今週は「季の美」を手がける京都蒸留所と、「ナプエ」などで知られるフィンランドのキュロ・ディスティラリーのコラボにる Kyro x Kinobi gin のご紹介です！
昨年（2019年）の日本とフィンランドの外交関係樹立100周年を記念して作られてもので、赤しそ、ヒノキや竹にリコリス、ファイアウイード、ブラックカラントなどを含む両国のボタニカルを使用した非常に特徴のある味わいになってます。ご興味ある方はぜひお店で。（なお、フォースの覚醒版のハンソロは全く関係ございませんが、彼も最近お店に新しく加わりましたので、ご興味ある方はこちらもお店で！笑）

This week’s gin is a collaboration between Kyoto Distillery of Kinobi fame and Finnish distiller Kyro, known for the lovely Napue and Koksue gins.
Kyro x Kinobi Gin was created in 2019 to commemorate 100 years of diplomatic ties between Japan and Finland and uses distinctive local botanicals from both countries, including shiso, cypress, bamboo, licorice, fireweed and black currant for a refreshing and original taste. Please drop by for a taste if this is your thing. (Han Solo from the Force Awakens is totally unrelated, but also a new addition to the bar, so please come visit him as well!)
