大好評のネバーシンクジンに新しい仲間が加わりました！
オリジナルのネバーシンクは、ニューヨーク州産のリンゴをベースにしたスピリッツを使用し、フローラルな香りと、柑橘の爽やかさが特徴ですが、そのジンをフレンチオークの樽で半年以上熟成させたのが、今回新しく入荷したネバーシンク リザーブジン。
樽熟成によって、シナモンやスターアニスなどのスパイス、キャラメリゼした赤リンゴ、ホワイトペッパーのような複雑で奥深い風味が加わり、より豊かな味わいに仕上がっています。ご興味のある方はぜひお店でお試しください！

We have a new Neversink! The original Neversink Gin that we have all come to know and love is crafted with a base spirit made from New York State apples and features a floral, aromatic fragrance with bright citrus notes.
Now, we’re excited to introduce Neversink Reserve Gin, which takes the original gin and ages it in French oak barrels for over six months. The barrel aging process adds layers of complexity, bringing out warm notes of cinnamon, star anise, caramelized red apple, and white pepper, resulting in a richer, deeper flavor. If you’re curious, come give it a try at the bar!
