今週の写真は、米国シカゴのコーヴァル蒸留所のドライジンとバレルドジン！オーガニックの原料のみを使用したドライジンはローズヒップやコリアンダーなどのボタニカルが香り、とっても華やか！バレルドジンはそのドライジンを、ウイスキーの熟成で使用したオーク樽で半年以上熟成させたもので、甘くてまろやか！ご興味のある方はぜひお店で。

Pictured is our Koval gin from Chicago. Distilled from organic grains, Koval Dry Gin is an aromatic gin infused with botanicals such as rose hip and coriander, while Koval Barreled Gin is a smooth and sweet gin that has been matured in oak barrels used for aging whiskeys.
