#barmiyako では多くのジンをご提供させていただいてますが、お客様からご指定がない場合に使用するハウスジンは「ナンバー3・ロンドン・ドライジン」になります。
ロンドン、セントジェームス・ストリート3番地に本社を構える英王室御用達のワイン商、ベリー・ブラザース・アンド・ラッド（BBR)社がつくるナンバー３は、3種類のフルーツ系ボタニカル、3種類のスパイス系ボタニカルを使用してます。しっかりとしたジュニパーに爽やかな柑橘、パンチのきいたスパイスが補完しあう、味の長～い、素敵なジンです。
また、ボトルの鍵に込められた意味やBBR社の華々しい歴史、本社のロケーションやロンドンを舞台にしたヒット映画との係り合い（写真にご注目ください！知る人ぞ知るレアなボトルが混ざってます）など、わくわくするポイントが多く、bar miyako ではなくてはならない一本です。詳細については是非お店で！
今週の bar miyako ですが、4日(月)は祝日のため定休日となりますが、火曜～金曜の19時～25時、土曜日の19時～24時まで通常通り営業しております。皆様のご来店を心よりお待ち申し上げております。
While bar miyako serves a wide array of gins from around the world, the house gin is the No. 3 London Dry Gin, made by Berry Brothers & Rudd, wine and spirit merchant to the British Royal Family.
The gin’s name refers to BBR’s building number on St James’ Street and spirit is made with 3 fruit botanicals and 3 spice botanicals. The prominent juniper is exquisitely balanced by the citrus and spice and creates a classic but exciting, long-tasting gin.
What’s more, the key on the bottle, BBR’s long and illustrious heritage and the gin’s ties to certain films (movie buffs, please look for the rare bottle in photo), makes it a gin that bar miyako cannot live without! Please stop by for a taste or for more details if your interest is piqued.
This week, bar miyako is closed on Monday, November 4 for a national holiday, but is open as usual from 7pm to 1am on Tuesday to Friday and from 7pm to 12 midnight on Saturday. I hope to see you all back at the bar!
