bar miyako and sorgin

We have a new gin: Sorgin (which means “witch” in Basque) from France. Made by combining distilled juniper berries, citrus zest, violets, broom flower and blackcurrant buds with white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc, the gin has a delectably long, herbaceous and bewitching aftertaste. It’s great neat or on the rocks but also makes an interesting martini, so please stop by if your interest is piqued!

We remain on shortened hours of 5.30pm to 8 pm this week (alcohol served until 7pm), but hope to see you all back at the bar if we can.
