Pictured right is Douglas Laing’s limited edition “Japan Rugby Edition,” which — like its predecessors the “Tokyo Edition” (2017) and “Kyoto Edition” (2018) — is a sumptuously salty, specially blended Islay scotch.
To the left is Penderyn’s “That Try,” an elegantly sweet and slightly smoky Welsh whisky which honors the legendary try scored by Gareth Edwards of the Barbarians against the All-Blacks in 1973 in Wales. Please stop by for a taste if your interest is piqued.
This week, we’re closed on Monday, Sep 16 for a national holiday, but open as usual from Tuesday to Saturday, so hope to see you all back at the bar soon!
