コロナが明け、本当に嬉しいことに4年ぶりに再会するお客様も増えました。その方達が一番驚かれるのがbar miyako living の存在のようです。他のお客様からも、2店舗の違いについて聞かれることもあるため、今週は改めて bar miyako living をご紹介したいと思います！
bar miyako living は2021年の3月にオープンした bar miyakoのすぐ隣にある2号店。2017年のbar miyako オープン当初は「姫」というスナックがあり、2019年からは Bar LDK というカジュアルバーがあった場所ですが、2020年にLDKがコロナの影響で閉店することとなり、当時のLDKの店長と一緒にbar miyako livingをオープンすることになりました。
本店との最大の違いは、カウンターに「miyako」ではなく、「野澤」という男性店長が立っていることですが（笑）その他にも living にはカウンター5席に加え、4人掛けのテーブル席が2つ。その2つを合わせれば、8名様までの団体様もご来店可能になりました！営業時間も27時までと、miyakoより2時間長いため、深夜ゆっくりおくつろぎできます。
また、living では miyako にはないフレッシュフルーツのカクテルや軽いバーフード（ホットドッグやピザ、チリコンカンなど）もご用意でき、そのカクテルやフードはmiyako でも注文できます。
さらに、miyako は電子タバコのみとなっておりますが、living は紙タバコも吸えます。
bar miyako オープン当初は孤軍奮闘、席数も限られていたため、お客様をお断りすることも多かったのですが、今では2号店店長とアルバイト3名の力を借り、受け入れ態勢が強化されていますので、その時々の状況によってぜひ2店舗を使い分けていただければと思います！どちらの店舗でも皆様のご来店を心よりお待ち申し上げております！
We’ve had the pleasure of reconnecting with old friends and customers for the first time in three to four years now that the pandemic is over, but many have been surprised to discover a similar bar called “bar miyako living” next door. So, we’d like to take this opportunity to re-introduce the new bar and highlight some of its features.
bar miyako living opened in March 2021, after its predecessor, Bar LDK, was forced to closed due to the pandemic. The proximity to bar miyako and the fact that the bartender who ran Bar LDK was looking for a new job, led to the decision to join forces and create the new bar.
One of the biggest features of bar miyako living (apart from miyako not being behind the counter), is that it has 5 seats at the counter and two 4-person table seats, which can be combined to accept parties of up to 8 people. The bar is also open until 3 am, two hours longer than bar miyako. So you can now hang out in larger groups for a little big longer on those nights the conversations never seem to end.
bar miyako living also offers items not on the main bar’s menu, such as cocktails made with fresh fruit and light bar food, such as hot dogs, pizza, chili, which can all be delivered to the main bar if you’re feeling peckish.
And a note to smokers – while bar miyako only allows electronic cigarettes, paper cigarettes re allowed at bar miyako living.
bar miyako remains unchanged and we hope to continue providing you with lots of good spirits and company, but we now have more space and more variety in our offerings, so please feel free to use both bars, depending on your mood or who you’re with at the time! We’d love to have you at either bar!
