bar miyako and firestarter gin

今週は消化器の形をしているのに、発火器（Firestarter)という名前のモルドバ産のジンのご紹介です。さぞ「ファイヤー！」という感じのハードなリカーかと思いきや、癖がなく、パリッとしたクリアな味わいで、度数も40度と優しめです。心に静かに炎を灯してくれる感じですかね（笑）

今週の #barmiyako は平日の19時〜25時まで営業しておりますので、皆様のお越しを心よりお待ち申し上げております！

We now have a gin that looks like a fire extinguisher, but is actually a Firestarter! Made and bottled in Moldova, the gin is crisp and clear and is great with tonic or in a cocktail, so please stop by if your interest is piqued!

This week, bar miyako is open from 7pm to 1am on weekdays, so hope to see you all back at the bar soon!

お待たせしました！ずっと気になっていたネバーシンクのジンをついに入手しました。米ニューヨーク州のリンゴ100％のベーススピリッツに11種類のボタニカル（ジュニパー、コリアンダー、スターアニス、カルダモン、アンジェリカ、オリス、シナモン、エルダーフラワー、オレンジとレモンとグループフルーツのピール）をブレンドした、香り豊かで華やかなジンです。落ち込んだ時には、絶対に沈まない (never sink) ジンで乾杯をして気を取り直すのはいかがですか。

今週の #barmiyako は平日の19時〜25時、土曜日の19時〜24時まで営業しております。皆様のお越しを心よりお待ち申し上げております！

We finally got our hands on the lovely and aromatic Neversink Gin, made from New York state-grown apples and distilled through eleven botanicals: juniper, coriander, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, orris root, angelica root, elderflower, and fresh orange, lemon and grapefruit peels. We’re hoping that with this gin, your spirits will never sink, so please stop by if you’d like a taste!

This week we’re open from 7pm to 1am weekdays, 7pm to 12am on Saturday, so hope to see you all back at the bar soon!
