お待たせしました！ずっと気になっていたネバーシンクのジンをついに入手しました。米ニューヨーク州のリンゴ100％のベーススピリッツに11種類のボタニカル（ジュニパー、コリアンダー、スターアニス、カルダモン、アンジェリカ、オリス、シナモン、エルダーフラワー、オレンジとレモンとグループフルーツのピール）をブレンドした、香り豊かで華やかなジンです。落ち込んだ時には、絶対に沈まない (never sink) ジンで乾杯をして気を取り直すのはいかがですか。

We finally got our hands on the lovely and aromatic Neversink Gin, made from New York state-grown apples and distilled through eleven botanicals: juniper, coriander, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, orris root, angelica root, elderflower, and fresh orange, lemon and grapefruit peels. We’re hoping that with this gin, your spirits will never sink, so please stop by if you’d like a taste!
This week we’re open from 7pm to 1am weekdays, 7pm to 12am on Saturday, so hope to see you all back at the bar soon!
