This week, we’re featuring another gin from the US: Copperworks from Seattle, Washington. The gin is a well balanced blend of juniper, citrus, including lemon and orange peel, and spice, including cubeb and pepper-like grain of paradise – perfect for a gin and tonic.
This week, we’re open from 7pm to 1am on weekdays, and from 7pm to 12am on Saturday. Hope to see you all back at the bar soon!
