先週ラスト1本となったNOTO GINでしたが、ついに500ミリの在庫がなくなりました。NOTO GINを飲んで能登を応援してくださった皆さま、ジンの魅力を広めてくださった皆さま、そして震災直後の大変な中でも何度も発注に応じてくださった生産者の松田さま、本当にありがとうございます!新しい国内蒸留版が発売されるのを楽しみにお待ちしています!

なお、NOTO GINはなくなりましたが、衝撃的に華やかでフルーティーなヘンドリックスの「グランド キャバレー」ジンを再入荷しました!試しに入れた1本があっという間になくなってしまたので、急いで追加しました。暖かくなってきたので、ぜひジントニックで召し上がってみてください!


Unfortunately, we’ve reached the end of our supply of NOTO GIN… This delightful spirit infused with citrus and seaweed salt was not just a gin, but also a symbol of solidarity with the Noto Peninsula, still recovering from a devastating earthquake. A heartfelt thank you to all who savored this spirit, shared its story, and especially to its creator Matsuda-san, who tirelessly fulfilled orders even in the aftermath of the earthquake. We eagerly anticipate the launch of the revamped edition of the gin, slated for release later this year.

But as we bid farewell to NOTO GIN, we welcome back Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret Gin with open arms! Following the rapid disappearance of our initial bottle, we’ve replenished our stock of this fruity, floral, and opulent gin. Be sure to drop by if you’d like to indulge in its exquisite taste once again.

This week, we’re open from 7pm to 1am on weekdays and from 7pm to 12am on Saturday, April 27. (Please note that during the Golden Week holidays, we’ll be closed on Monday, April 29 and from May 3 to 6). We hope to see you all back at the bar soon!
